RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thrilled, Delighted, Satisfied.
This is how we want you to feel about your Basics Home purchase. But for any reason you are not happy you are welcome to return your product/s. Please notify us within 7 days of the products being delivered to you, and we will take it back .
There will be a minimal handling fee for this process.
All product/s need to be returned in their original condition, and sealed in the original packaging.
Please note that the original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.

Should your item be damaged or defective, let us know and we will arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
Please follow the procedure below if you are to return any products as a result of incorrect products being delivered or in any other circumstances that Basics agrees with you for a return to be made.
Please email sales1@basicshome.co.za. the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Reason for return (if need be add photos)
- Contact details for collection (Name, Address, Contact No.)
We will e-mail you a return number together with the return instructions.
Please pack the item to be returned (only unused items, with authentic labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) in its original carton to prevent damage while in transit.
We will organize the pick up by our courier as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us of your return request.
In the event that you have not respected all of the return requirements, we will advise you by email to clarify why we have not been able to approve it within 14 days. Only goods purchased online on the Site can be returned.
