Better Base

I'm enjoying the look and sturdiness of my new base... only draw back is the sharp edge at the ends which had hit my ankles I few times now... hurts...

Upgraded to a Chrome base

My WFH office chair was an emergency purchase thanks to lockdown .. if only I knew about Basics Home back then (I would've preferred one f their chairs!!!) Needless to say, my chair came with a standard nylon base which took strain as I rolled over the tiled floor in my 'new' office and eventually the wheel socket snapped ... on TWO wheels!?!?!?

Luckily I found Basics Home on line & discovered they are just down the road from me, I ordered the chrome base, whipped down the road and the friendly staff assisted me by changing my base while I waited for a few minutes

Great quality, great service ... I'll definitely be back!
