Good service! Both replacement parts worked as OEM.
Unfortunately the part that fits onto the wheel base is too big so I had to bend the old broken tilt mechanism open to get that piece that fits seamlessly, out. I then had to grind down the edges and hammer it into the new mechanism and now it fits snuggly. Gave 4 stars because there are no measurements provided on the product page. I also just got lucky that I had the parts and tools to create a solution.
Very happy with this product - my office chair actually feels sturdier with this mechanism fitted
